Blue Line Web Solutions has a support staff that strives to respond at any time of day. Our support staff are experts in their own area of expertise and are trained to deal with any situation you may have. It is our intention to provide quick response times and informative answers (no matter how grim the news might be).

Our Knowledgebase is constantly being updated and with more how-to's, tutorials, and frequently asked questions. If you are having a trouble understanding how something works, take a look at our published solutions.

2. Community Forums

Our forums are a new support technology for our customers. Our goal is for them to become active and allow individuals to discuss configuration(s) , web-hosting, web-design, virtualization, support and new ideas with other users. We do actively monitor the forums to identify issues, *non critical* support is offered on the forums, as for anything else support related please submit a support ticket.

3. Support Tickets

You should submit a support ticket when you are unable to find answers to your questions using any of the other mediums. If you are a current customer of Blue Line Web Solutions then you are entitled to support at any time. If you have an elevated *priority support* plan you can call our 1-866-99.BLWEB number and input the code assigned to you, or submit a support ticket that is associated with the priority support plan.
